Volunteer Driver

Dunn Street is a 6-bedded residential respite service for adults with disabilities, aged 16-65, in West Dunbartonshire.  We are looking for someone to drive/escort people we support on their various activities

When the people we look after come to Dunn Street we provide a wide variety of activities for people to participate in during their stay.

An example of these activities would include Visits to:- Local Cinema, Restaurants, Pubs, Museum, Local Clubs, Theatre, Shopping, Cafes and Planned Days out etc

Skills required would be , Good communication and interpersonal skills, Reliable and Caring

All necessary training would be provided.

The volunteer would need to be over 25 and a compitent driver.

The selection procedure would be applciation form, informal meeting/chat, PVG scheme membership and reference checks.
