The sheer number and diversity of services we provide has given us a broad perspective on the challenges and obstacles faced on a daily basis by the people we support. And we’ve used this wide range of experience to pull together our thoughts on care and support into a single document, our manifesto.

This document reflects not only some of the difficulties and challenges which exist, but sets out our vision for positive care and support. And we wanted to take this opportunity of a new Parliamentary session, and a new government in Scotland, to raise the issues that are important to us. Because we need our politicians to help us achieve our vision and to help ensure that the aspirations and potential of the people we support aren’t compromised by the challenges they face.
