Quarriers Husky Trail

The Key Facts -

• This 8 day experience departs the UK 28th March 2009
• Spend six days sledding into the heart of Lapland on an experience you will never forget, crossing the Swedish border, journeying through wild and untouched nature before arriving at the Ice Hotel in Jukkasjarvi.
• There will be up to 30 people in our group, some come with friends but many travel alone. As soon as you register you’ll have opportunities to meet the other trekkers.
• The trek is designed to be achievable by anyone, but remember the fitter you are the more you will enjoy this Challenge.
• This trek takes place at heights of over 800m and covers over 250km sledding distance.
• To register we require a deposit of £399 now, along with your form.
• In addition we will ask you to raise another £2,975 of which £1,370 will pay for the trail cost and £1,605 will be donated to Quarriers. Of course if you wish to raise more we would be delighted!
• This Challenge is not just about the trek itself. It’s also about raising money for Quarriers, one of Scotland’s leading social care charities. You will have full support and advice from Bryan and Alan. We’ve done this all before and know how to make your fundraising an easy, fun and sociable experience.
