East Ayrshire Supported Living Service
East Ayrshire Supported Living Service is a community based support service which encompasses both supported living and day support services. The service is for adults aged 16 years plus who have a learning disability including autistic spectrum disorder and who may have additional disabilities e.g. physical disabilities.
The service is delivered within peoples own homes and in the local community. It will be arranged at a time that suits their requirements and can range from small packages to full 24 hour care which can include a sleepover or waked nightshift.
Our aim is to promote independence and inclusion in the local community, develop relationships and friendships through Person Centered Approaches and support people to be safe and healthy.
We have a robust training plan for each staff member to participate in and we aim to recruit staffs that are caring and sensitive, whilst being able to maintain professionalism and have a positive outlook.
Enquiries can be made through a care manager at East Ayrshire Council or by contacting the service directly on the telephone number or the e-mail address provided.
