Mavisbank

Mavisbank offers a flexible respite service, we provide individualised support for adults with a learning disability, either in a residential/short stay setting or through flexible respite provided at home or on a short break.

There is a dedicated, flexible and reliable staff team who work in a person centred way providing activities and support for individuals. The team is trained in all aspects of support required and involves the individual and their family/carer in decision making and compiling the appropriate support plan. We have close links with the local community and have designated staff drivers and staff who support people on outings and activities of their choice.

The service has built up a good reputation and we are regularly inspected by an external body, Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland (SCSWIS). If you are interested in any of the above services, you can ask your Care Manager/Social Worker to refer you. Alternatively, if you are in receipt of a self-directed support budget, you can contact us directly to discuss receiving support.
