Our Awards

At Quarriers we're really proud of all our achievements.  And recentlly we've been successful in gaining prestigious awards.

We've been successful in gaining EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) awards for the Scottish Epilepsy Centre, Community Connections and What If (Female) services.

The Scottish Epilepsy Centre received a Healthy Living award for the provision of meals to patients.

Our Volunteer Centre received a 'highly commended' award at the UK charity Awards in 2011 for their innovative approach to volunteering.

They were also successful in gaining Investors in Volunteering accreditation in 2011.

Our Internet Club won a Care Accolade in 2011 for their inclusive approach for adults with a disability and access to the Internet.

 

Awards from Quarriers

We also like to celebrate innovation and achievement from within Quarriers.  This helps us identify, support and share good practice.  And it helps recognise teams who are providing quality services by sharing quality initiatives, practices and innovations and helps us identify, learn and therfore improve by building on these strengths.
