Whatever your age, whether you’re studying, employed or retired, all help is welcome. We have several volunteer roles that are really vital to bringing in funding. To find out more about any of these roles, call us on 01505 690875 or email [email protected]
We often have the opportunity to hold collections in aid of Quarriers. It could be at a sporting event, in a supermarket, or at a special event like a Christmas panto.
You could be part of a team raising hundreds of pounds in a couple of hours. Your support could really have a positive impact on the people we support – let’s make a difference together.
Are you the kind of person who knows everyone and always gets chatting to shopkeepers?
Could you spare a few hours to drop off and pick up Quarriers collection cans in shops and businesses in your local area? You could also help us to identify businesses who would take a Quarriers collection can.
Every penny in every can helps us to be there for people facing challenges.
Christmas is a busy time for fundraising, and we need as many Christmas elves as possible to help us raise money so we can help people during difficult times.
Could you sell Christmas cards at Christmas Fayres and craft sales in your area in the run up to Christmas? You could set up your stall and enjoy the festive atmosphere as well as raising vital funds.
Public speaking isn’t for everyone, but if you’re not daunted and you enjoy a challenge, you could be just who we’re looking for.
The Quarriers story is amazing and we’re rightly proud of the brilliant and important work we do supporting adults, children and families across Scotland.
People can’t support us if they don’t know about us. Could you volunteer to provide a vitally important community engagement tool – giving talks about Quarriers to community groups?
Quarriers Community Fundraising Facebook group is a great place for a chat.
You can meet people, get tips, ask questions and hear all about the work your amazing support is helping us to do.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. Our experienced Community Fundraising Team is here to help.
