What we do
Six people we support live in their individual homes in Johnstone and the remaining five people share a house in Paisley. Both services are staffed 24 hours a day by a team of support staff committed to providing the best quality of care and support based on individual needs.
Approaches to care and support are person-centred, needs-led and embrace individuals’ personal goals and aspirations. Staff are trained and equipped to understand how individuals are impacted by specific disabilities and how they can best be supported to maximise and enhance their lives.
The support offered aims to empower and enable individuals, and to encourage and promote personal choice, independence and achievement. We are strongly committed to a collaborative approach to service provision and work closely with appropriate external agencies including local authorities, social work, learning disability services and all relevant medical and psychiatric services.
