The service provides a full 24-hour care package within an individual’s own tenancy or one-to-one support care packages based on individual needs.
We listen to what people we support tell us is important to them, and work hard to deliver personalised support which helps each person to live the life they choose. We strive to meet the needs of all the people we support, whether those needs are social, cultural, educational or emotional. All support is personalised, with individuals at the centre of all care planning. We are also flexible to meet changing needs of individuals.
Training is essential in the development of our staff and ensures they can provide the best possible service. We promote good teamwork and the exchange of learning so we can adapt and improve the support we provide.

Quarriers Lyssenmore Service aims to provide the people we support with the confidence to achieve their aspirations by ensuring there is confidence in our staff. In recognising that it is important for all of us to feel safe, we recruit staff who are caring, sensitive, professional and positive. We also support staff to gain relevant qualifications.
