East Dunbartonshire Supported Living Service

Overview

We provide 24-hour support to individuals and groups in their own homes or where they live with their families. We also deliver support for as many hours as required, from as little as four hours per week. People are supported socially, personally and with all aspects of their lives.

We plan with the people we support to help them to meet their outcomes and ensure they are involved in all aspects of their service.

Our service can be purchased in different ways, usually through the local authority or self directed support. This is a very flexible service and staff are experienced in a range of different areas and people are supported in a way that is suitable for them.

We work closely with the people we support, their families and other professionals to make sure that the service provided is appropriate and the best that we can give.
