The people we now support in Fife are part of their local communities and are involved in all aspects of daily living. They have their own homes and are encouraged to take as much choice and control as they are able over.

Staff work with an outcomes focussed approach supporting people to meet their outcomes. We work closely with professionals and families to ensure that people are given the best support possible.

Staff are trained to a high standard to ensure they work within current legislation and meet the requirements of  the regulatory bodies such as the care inspectorate and the SSSC.
