Thank you to corporate partners
Quarriers has received a generous donation of high-quality bedding from the John Lewis Partnership (JLP) in Glasgow, along with a £1000 grant from JLP’s Community Matters funding. The donated items, including pillows and duvet covers, will benefit Quarriers’ Dumfries and Galloway Youth Housing Support Service and Rivendell, which supports children and young people with complex needs. Caitlin McGinley, Community Liaison Coordinator at John Lewis, expressed pride in supporting Quarriers. Julia Cringean, Project Manager of D&G Youth Housing Support Service, highlighted the importance of these comforts for young people transitioning to independent living, and Rivendell Operational Manager Joyce Sweeney noted that the bedding enhances the comfort of the children and young people they serve.
