Falkirk Children’s Rights is an independent service for any child or young person up to the age of 18 and care experienced young people up to the age of 26.

The service empowers children and young people to participate in decisions that affect your life. We promote, protect and uphold your rights ensuring your voice is heard and at the heart of decisions that impact on you.

How often you speak with us is your choice, but we will always be available to support you when you need it.

If you have any questions about your rights or need some help to speak about any concerns you are having, we can help.

The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) ensures that children grow up healthy and safe, and that their views are taken into consideration in decisions that affect them.
