What we do
We believe that the support you are offered from our service is tailored specifically to you and that your needs and wishes are respected and listened to. We provide support relevant to need and presently this spans from four hours a week up to 168 hours per week for different individuals. We also support people out-with their home who wish to access further education, clubs and other social activities on a regular basis.
As a service, we embrace digital and assistive technologies which allows the people we support to lead more independent lifestyles and enjoy the advantages of digital inclusion.
We ensure that our staff are professional and receive training appropriate to their needs and the needs of the people they are supporting. All our support staff work to a high standard ensuring that they work within the legislative frameworks as set down by both Local Authority and Care Inspectorate.
